About The Position

Trileaf Corporation is a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering & architectural design. Trileaf serves the wireless communications, real estate, and financial industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and many branch offices throughout the U.S. Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner owns end-to-end hiring for both hourly and salaried roles across multiple states. This position collaborates with leadership and hiring managers to align on workforce needs, drive sourcing efforts, and develop reliable talent pipelines. Beyond recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Partner contributes to core HR activities, supporting generalist work to maintain strong, consistent HR operations. This position reports to the HR Director.

Requirements

  • BS in Human Resources or other business field, preferred.
  • 4+ years of Recruiting experience, preferably in A&E or environmental consulting.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, ADP a plus.
  • Strong background in LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Great communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while keeping the hiring process on track.
  • Working knowledge of state employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify accurate job requirements, qualifications, and skills; establish hiring criteria; and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on the organization’s needs and industry best practices.
  • Utilize proactive sourcing to identify potential candidates by effectively using recruitment technology, cold calling, database mining, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring teams to coordinate and schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials and processes to foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and administer the candidate's pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including but not limited to completion of background checks, employment and professional references, drug screening, and required documentation. Ensures all pre-employment requirements are met prior to the scheduled start day.
  • Maintain ATS and provide thought leadership to enhance the recruitment and onboarding process, including staffing data and metrics.
  • Identify and train managers on interview best practices, the ATS system, and other areas as identified.
  • Develop and foster relationships with industry-specific external partners to develop an effective and efficient sourcing pipeline.
  • Attend recruiting events (industry conferences, university job fairs, etc.) as needed.
  • In coordination with HR leadership, updates, reviews, and maintains recruitment Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • May work on special projects as assigned.
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Partner with HR leadership on employee relations efforts.
  • Support compliance tasks, including I-9 administration, EEO reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives, and process updates.
  • Provide backup support to other HR functions as needed.
