About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will: • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to accurately capture and fulfill hiring needs. • Proactively create and manage candidate pipelines for technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including requisition management, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations. • Conduct outreach activities to attract and engage potential candidates through various channels. • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for top-tier sales talent. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process. • Bring a proactive, results-oriented approach, and we promise a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruitment or sales recruiting role.
  • A passion for recruiting, hiring, and building genuine relationships with people, particularly in sales.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple roles and candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Leverages AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions, while maintaining a strong curiosity and commitment to continuously learning and adopting emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage large volumes of candidate data efficiently.
