We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to serve as a trusted, consultative partner to hiring leaders across WakeMed. In this role, you’ll go beyond filling requisitions—working closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insight, and develop thoughtful recruiting strategies that support both short- and long-term talent goals across clinical, professional, technical, and support areas. Requirements

  • A relationship-driven recruiter who thrives as a consultative partner in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experienced in influencing stakeholders and guiding leaders through hiring decisions with data, insight, and best practices
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and offer strategy
  • Knowledgeable in employment laws and committed to ethical, compliant hiring
  • A strong communicator who exemplifies Respect for People, Teamwork, Communication, and Commitment & Accountability
  • 3 Years Human Resources Required

Nice To Haves

  • Professional in Human Resources Or Certified Health Care Recruiter Or SHRM Senior Certified Professional Preferred
  • Human Resources - Recruitment Preferred
