About The Position

As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a critical role in helping grow our talent pipeline by focusing on LinkedIn networking, outreach to passive candidates , and supporting the recruiting team throughout the hiring process. You will assist with scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative tasks while gaining hands- on experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Availability to work 20-40 hours per week throughout the summer.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail- oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record- keeping.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning recruiting tools/ ATS

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales, customer service, or networking experience preferred.
  • Excellent communicator; outgoing, personable, and approachable.

Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn & Candidate Outreach Build and maintain LinkedIn connections with potential candidates and professional networks.
  • Identify and reach out to passive candidates for open roles through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Assist in crafting personalized messaging to engage potential candidates.
  • Track outreach efforts and responses to ensure follow- up and engagement.
  • Recruitment Support & Administrative Tasks Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support recruiters in posting job openings on LinkedIn, job boards, and company career pages.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System ( ATS).
  • Assist with recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
  • Support pre- employment background checks and other onboarding processes.
