About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in supporting a significant increase in hiring needs. This role is pivotal in sourcing and hiring for both Field Operations and Customer Experience positions over the next few months, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities Source, attract, interview, and hire for entry-level and professional roles. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners to plan staffing and forecast workforce needs. Participate in career fairs and community events to promote opportunities. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring goals for internal and external candidates. Stay updated on recruiting trends, compliance, and policies, including EEO and OFCCP. Implement creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms and professional organizations. Support diversity recruiting efforts and workforce development initiatives. Manage candidate activities through an applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure all recruiting and hiring processes comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting within a corporate or staffing service environment.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, phone screens, interviews, and extending offers.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working on Customer Experience roles, particularly Customer Solutions Rep roles.
