About The Position

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator with full cycle recruitment experience to support the talent acquisition processes, working closely with our team to ensure that we source, attract, and hire top talent while proactively supporting multiple talent projects and programs. As a professional with experience in talent acquisition you will collaborate to deliver organizational talent growth. The ideal professional for this role, will have a social media presence to create awareness of our Axxess culture and invite others to join us as we build innovative technology solutions to deliver healthcare in the home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders
  • High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
  • Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization to build teams.
  • Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver Axxess' goals.
  • Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best and brightest talent
