About The Position

As Talent Engineering Lead, you’ll build an end-to-end talent and recruiting system designed to automate and augment one of our most critical needs: people. We're looking for someone rare: a recruiting operations expert who thinks like an engineer. You'll design, build, and maintain the automated systems that power our entire talent acquisition function. You operate at the unique intersection of talent, operations, and engineering.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years as an AI Engineer, GTM Engineer, RevOps, Forward Deployed Engineer or similar type of role.
  • Proven ability of building scalable systems in an AI-innate manner, preferably via Claude Code, Clay, Cursor, etc.
  • Experience with growth, recruiting, sales, or a similar outbound motion that requires target profile identification, scoring, segmentation, and A/B testing or personalized messaging.
  • You anticipate future trends with organizational goals, diving into details when necessary to address challenges.
  • You excel at building trust and inspiring confidence, fostering a cohesive work environment, and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and key partners to balance strategic goals.
  • You communicate insights, updates, and recommendations clearly, driving alignment and action with urgency.
  • In a high-growth environment, you thrive by adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges. You focus relentlessly on achieving outcomes, delivering value through collaboration and a team-first approach in order to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build automated recruiting infrastructure: create sourcing bots, agentic application review, and interview automation to generate consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline across roles.
  • Build intelligence systems to identify hiring signals, market trends, candidate references, and feedback repositories that enable us to identify and evaluate top talent.
  • Develop a best-in-class candidate experience flow that spans application workstreams, candidate communications and engagement, and talent ecosystem nurturing.
