Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent management, organizational design or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing talent development initiatives
  • Up to 25% domestic travel as needed
  • Experience designing and executing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top performers, leveraging data-driven insights to build a high-performing workforce and strengthen leadership pipeline across the organization.
  • Experience leading organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, roles, and reporting relationships, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enabling operational efficiency across the enterprise
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving performance management processes to establish clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct meaningful evaluations that support employee development and align individual contributions with organizational goals
  • Proven track record of partnering with the change management team to ensure adoptions and seamless transition of talent management initiatives
  • Experience applying analytical thinking to evaluate complex business challenges, interpret data trends, and develop evidence-based solutions that drive informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partner relationships to drive collaboration, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and deliver integrated solutions that enhance business value and support organizational objectives.
  • Experience leveraging data analysis to extract insights from datasets, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage strategy and program for area(s) of talent development responsibility, such as employee listening, skills development, organizational design, or talent management, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational change and industry best practices
  • Provide subject matter expertise on one or more talent development areas to support the alignment, design, development, delivery, and management of talent interventions, processes, programs, and transformational work in support of business needs
  • Collaborate on action plans in support of continuous improvement of our culture and business.
  • Works independently, but seeks guidance from leadership only in the most complex situations
  • Engage stakeholders to integrate feedback and best practices into broader organizational development and change management projects, serving as a SME to the HR organization for area(s) of talent development responsibility
  • Analyze and report data and insights to identify trends and actionable recommendations for enhancing talent programs and processes or employee engagement
