About The Position

The Talent Sourcing Specialist proactively identifies, engages, and builds relationships with high-quality, passive talent. This role is responsible for generating candidate leads, developing targeted pipelines, and connecting the business with talent that supports current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation
  • Proven success engaging passive candidates
  • Strong research, networking, and communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Passive candidate engagement and outreach strategy
  • Relationship building and networking with diverse talent pools
  • Research and talent mapping across roles, markets, and skill sets
  • Strategic sourcing and pipeline development
  • Data tracking, organization, and pipeline management
  • Ability to influence and generate interest through outreach
  • Adaptability in adjusting strategies based on hiring needs and results
  • Persistence, resilience, and follow-through
  • Time management and ability to prioritize multiple searches
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven work style
  • Collaboration and partnership with recruiting and hiring teams
