About The Position

Responsible for managing purchasing activities, monitoring spending, coordinating vendor data updates, and supporting core financial operations for the Tax Department. This role oversees purchase requisitions, invoice processing, cost center budgeting, and open purchase order tracking. The position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial and operational tasks that enable smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the global tax organization. This role manages recurring Alteryx workflows, prepares and validates tax data extracts loaded into tax applications, and provides high‑quality audit support. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into accurate tax reporting outputs for all Global Tax teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate taxes highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Platform.  Advanced Excel skills required. Working knowledge of Alteryx preferred.
  • Knowledge of tax applications, such as Corptax and ONESOURCE Tax Provision preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Alteryx Workflows, Power BI Dashboards, and utilize Microsoft Power Apps to create efficiencies with data collection and data wrangling
  • Prepare Tax Cost Center Budget & Forecast, including monthly Reclasses and Accruals
  • Coordinate & Submit Invoice payments for Tax Applications, Publications & Subscriptions, and Consulting Projects
  • Create Tax Department Purchase Requisitions, including coordination of approvals & delegation of authority matrix changes
  • Coordinate Vendor Master Data Updates
