About The Position

Team Assistant Position: A vital and compassionate Home Health Team Assistant is needed to provide essential support to clients and the clinical team. The Home Health Team Assistant will ensure smooth and coordinated care for clients in their residences, working closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. What you’ll do as a Team Assistant: Communication Hub: Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing emails and correspondence, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication channels. Administrative Support: Handling various administrative tasks like document preparation (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), editing and formatting documents, filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and organizing office supplies Team Support: Assist with project-related tasks, such as tracking deadlines, gathering information, and making phone calls to patients Who you are as a Team Assistant: Organizational skills: An ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and team members, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and accurately. Technical Proficiency: A working knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools are often expected.
