The Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership and support to members of the East Main team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment. As the primary point of contact on shift, the Team Leader is responsible for setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and modeling integrity in all actions and decisions. This role plays a vital part in guiding the team toward achieving departmental, process, and shift goals through effective communication, relationship-building, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This position works Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm.
