The Tech Support-Help Desk III role is a senior-level role in our distribution center. This position provides both desk-side and remote support on multiple applications, globally, as needed. They will serve as an SME for warehouse management systems by learning and understanding all the inner workings of the technology. This role requires an on-call rotation one week (and weekend) per month.
