We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the continued growth of Prime CRM, a scalable SaaS platform serving enterprise financial services clients. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, product management, and engineering delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as a customer-facing technical partner while also acting as Product Owner for engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs translate into clear technical requirements, well-prioritized backlog items, and successful product delivery. You will work with customers, product, architects, and development teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution from concept through release. This role is ideal for someone who is technically fluent, customer-focused, and highly organized, with the ability to manage both client communication and Agile product execution. Technical business analysts often act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into structured requirements and prioritizing product work to deliver value.
