Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Product Owner in data, IT, or digital transformation contexts
  • Strong ability to bridge business language and technical concepts
  • Knowledge of data systems, cloud services (AWS preferred), and integration frameworks such as APIs
  • Experience writing detailed functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL pipelines, and BI/reporting workflows
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Collaborative approach in team settings spanning technical and business disciplines
  • Upper-intermediate English level

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury retail industries
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, and data catalog systems

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to capture and validate business needs
  • Translate business concepts into structured technical requirements, use cases, and user stories
  • Define data and integration requirements in collaboration with architects
  • Map current- and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Maintain a clear traceability matrix linking business requests to delivered functionality
  • Work with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to clarify metric definitions, data transformations, and aggregation rules
  • Support efforts to standardize KPIs and enable self-service analytics using BI tools
  • Validate data outputs and ensure alignment with business definitions and governance standards
  • Collaborate with data governance leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and consistent usage of data assets
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations across cloud environments
  • Partner with architects to document data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and system dependencies
  • Analyze and communicate technical constraints, data availability, and system impacts to business sponsors
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to perform user acceptance testing and validate results
