Technical Expert - Static and Dynamic Sealing

The Technical Expert - Static and Dynamic Sealing will ensure that the sealing function within transmission, axle, and drive unit products is delivered and function risks are mitigated using FMEA tools. This role will publish and maintain design requirements for sealing-relevant components (gaskets, radial lip seals, liquid sealant, o-rings, flanges) and be instrumental in solving sealing-based failure modes discovered in physical testing or via warranty analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the sealing function within transmission, axle, and drive unit products is delivered
- Mitigate function risks using FMEA tools
- Publish and maintain design requirements for sealing-relevant components (gaskets, radial lip seals, liquid sealant, o-rings, flanges)
