Role Summary: Reporting to the Division Manager, the Technical Inside Sales Representative shall have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work. Responsibilities will include understanding the customers’ application and recommending products and solutions for their needs. The person in this role should be knowledgeable about our competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients. To be a successful Technical Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with existing customers, source new clients, and work closely with our vendors.
