Stellantis is initiating modules organization deployment on new NA vehicle programs including several models in several plants, looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. The Technical Manager leads the technical development and the industrialization of the Access, Seats & Cockpit (ASC) from CM until the SOP. He/she is interfaced with the ASC program lead based in Europe and with the vehicle program team based in NA. The position will own driving the corporate Modular Policy to ensure maximum reuse of key module perimeter components in Access,Seats&Cockpit domain. This will entail working with multiple cross functional organizations such as Purchasing, VEMO, VEHE, EHE and SWE, Vehicle Program Management, DES/CARS design studio, etc. Manages the technical composition and configuration/complexity (EBOM) of the ASC modules Leads the technical activities of component and subsystem development; management of (DV, PV, tooling kickoff plans, etc.), leads technical escalation and facilitates issues resolution. Leads the decision and change management processes including facilitation of meeting forums and cadence (decision meetings, TWG and CN meetings)
