About The Position

About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own the delivery of enterprise features and customer integrations across our medical coding SaaS platform and partner APIs. This role sits within the Engineering organization and works closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Software Engineers to ensure enterprise customer commitments are planned, built, and delivered predictably. You’ll be customer-facing, technically fluent, and accountable for shepherding complex work from early planning through successful onboarding and go-live. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and cross-functional influence. What You’ll Do Enterprise Delivery Ownership Own delivery planning and execution for enterprise features, integrations, and customer onboardings Translate enterprise requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies Create and manage customer implementation project plans. Create and manage Jira epics, stories, and timelines aligned with engineering standards Coordinate with Product Owner to prioritize backlog Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status clearly to internal teams and customers Cross-Functional Coordination Partner closely with Engineering to sequence work and manage dependencies Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to validate scope and delivery expectations Work with Sales to support enterprise planning and customer readiness Coordinate with Support and other downstream teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful go-lives Customer Engagement Serve as a primary point of coordination for enterprise customers during implementation Participate in customer-facing planning, status, and delivery discussions Ensure enterprise customers have clear visibility into timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria Process & Scalability Help improve consistency and repeatability of enterprise delivery and onboarding processes Identify opportunities to reduce delivery risk and increase predictability as enterprise volume grows Contribute to clearer handoffs between sales, product, engineering, and support What Success Looks Like (30 / 60 / 90) First 30 Days Develop a strong understanding of the medical coding SaaS platform and partner APIs Learn existing development, release, and delivery processes Build working relationships across engineering, product, sales, and support Become familiar with current enterprise commitments and delivery timelines First 60 Days Take ownership of delivery planning and execution for enterprise initiatives Manage Jira epics and milestones with clear visibility and accountability Provide consistent internal and customer-facing status and risk communication First 90 Days Independently manage multiple enterprise deliveries end-to-end Help improve predictability and repeatability of enterprise delivery Be a trusted partner to engineering, product, sales, and enterprise customers What We’re Looking For Required Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery Hands-on experience working with Jira (or similar tools) to manage complex work Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and technically complex systems Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract-driven, deadline-sensitive environment Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated SaaS environments Familiarity with medical coding, claims processing, or healthcare data workflows Experience supporting enterprise customers or strategic accounts Background working with partner or third-party APIs Why This Role Matters This role is critical to ensuring enterprise customers have a smooth, predictable experience from planning through go-live. Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery
  • Hands-on experience working with Jira (or similar tools) to manage complex work
  • Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and technically complex systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
