About The Position

Oracle’s Global Physical Security (GPS) Systems Team is responsible for securing
the corporation’s global datacenter and facility footprint through advanced
Physical Access and Identity Management (PIAM) technologies. We are seeking a
seasoned The Technical Program Manager – Security Applications.

The Technical Program Manager – Security Applications is responsible for the
end-to-end strategic planning, coordination, and management of large-scale
security application deployments within Oracle’s global security portfolio. 

This leader ensures all application projects meet operational, compliance, and
corporate objectives, driving collaboration across a diverse array of technical,
security, and business stakeholders. The Program Manager serves as the central
authority for milestone planning, schedule management, and delivery assurance,
accountable for meeting project deadlines, staying within budget, managing risk,
and guaranteeing secure, successful application launches. 

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in program management, security
applications, enterprise IT integrations, and the use of automation tools to
streamline application processes. You will champion process improvement
initiatives—including the digitization of manual workflows and implementation of
self-service capabilities, while building strong partnerships that align
application strategy with Oracle’s broader business, technology, and regulatory
goals.
