Technical Program Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Mason, OH, Atlanta GA, Washington, DC, Hanover, MD, or Wallingford, CT. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year programs. Manages Enterprise-wide programs of $7M - $10M+ size with multiple concurrent sub-projects or equal complexity. Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager which include managing all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing and controlling. How you will make an impact: Coaches and mentors project team members. Mentors other project managers around project management methodology. Determines project scope. Develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans. Develops training plans. Develops requirements documents. Develops project approval matrix. Identifies project team training and tool needs. Defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for technical services and products. Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans. Develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms. Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase. Defines critical success factors. Establishes and manages the project warranty period.
