About The Position

itD is seeking a Project Manager III to lead and execute complex initiatives that support the growth of first-party retail experiences within a leading global technology organization. This role will help shape the operational and technological foundation of brick-and-mortar retail locations by driving cross-functional projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in project and program management within direct-to-consumer retail, consumer electronics, or technology environments, along with a proven track record of delivering large-scale operational and technology implementations, including retail systems and in-store experience platforms.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project or program management within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail, consumer electronics, technology, manufacturing, or premium hospitality environment.
Hands-on experience implementing retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, audiovisual, or in-store demo technologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Wrike, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver complex operational initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution and completion.
Coordinate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
Break down complex operational and technology challenges into structured tasks and timelines to ensure consistent project progress.
Drive implementation and enhancement of retail technology systems, including point-of-sale, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, audiovisual, and in-store demo platforms.
Partner with teams across retail operations, marketing, enterprise systems, retail design, finance, and product management to ensure seamless project alignment and delivery.
Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones while maintaining clarity and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Present project status, insights, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership and key stakeholders.
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
