Join us in shaping a future where computers truly come alive. About this Role We’re looking for an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to join Sesame in our San Francisco office. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to scale Sesame by bringing in exceptional talent. You will play a pivotal role in building out our San Francisco office presence and representing Sesame's talent brand in the candidate market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies (in-house or a combination of agency + in-house).
  • A track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to finding and engaging underrepresented top talent.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.
  • Experienced in improving hiring workflows within an ATS through AI and structured hiring.
  • Able to work from our San Francisco office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own sourcing and candidate management for technical roles while increasing representation in our hiring pipelines.
  • Manage inbound channels.
  • Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Enjoy using recruiting data to develop and execute effective search strategies, diagnose process issues, educate hiring teams, and drive better outcomes.
  • Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making.
