About The Position

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a subject matter expert, identifying and placing top-tier talent across both Contract and Permanent positions. You will work closely with account managers to understand the client's digital transformation needs and provide them with the right talent.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, specifically within Salesforce, SAP, or broader Engineering/Data sectors.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including various SAP ERP modules and Azure/Cloud infrastructure.
  • Versatility: Demonstrated experience managing both Contract and Permanent recruitment workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical leads.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related technical field.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology or Professional Services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Specialized Sourcing: Identify and headhunt elite talent across core verticals, including: SAP: TM Consulting, Project Managers, Cutover Leads, and Functional ERP Module specialists.
  • Data & Cloud: Azure Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Cloud Engineers.
  • Development: Python Developers and AI/Machine Learning specialists.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Consult with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Contract & Perm Delivery: Seamlessly pivot between high-volume contract requirements and long-term permanent placements.
  • Community Building: Maintain a robust pipeline of "passive" candidates within the K2 ecosystem to ensure rapid delivery for niche roles.
