LMI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our platform and product engineering ecosystem, helping scale the teams building next generation digital solutions for government missions. This role will focus on recruiting deep technical talent across software engineering, full stack development, cloud platforms, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence supporting LMI’s growing portfolio of mission-ready platforms and advanced analytics capabilities. The successful recruiter will serve as a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product leaders, identifying and attracting world class technologists capable of building scalable platforms, delivering AI enabled capabilities, and accelerating mission outcomes for federal customers. This individual will operate in a fast paced, highly technical environment, partnering closely with engineering, product, and program leadership to develop proactive recruiting strategies and build pipelines of exceptional technical talent. This is a hybrid role with weekly onsite requirements at our Tysons, VA HQ (3 days per week) LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed.
