K+S North America Corporation (KSNA) is a subsidiary of German headquartered and global potash and salt company K+S Group. KSNA is responsible for sales and marketing activities across USA and Canada supplying products into agriculture, industry, food, feed and pharmaceutical customers. With access to production across 2 continents, we utilize a variety of supply-chain solutions to ensure consistent and high service offerings to our customers year after year. KSNA seeks an experienced, commercially minded manager with a strong agronomic background to join the team in North America. Furthermore, and in line with KSNA’s continued growth strategy, this person will report to the President of KSNA and support business development activities across the complete product range. The role will involve daily tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and delivering sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for market monitoring and research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. The role is a remote, home-based position. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.
