Christie Clinic's department of Information Systems is seeking a full-time Technical Support Analyst at the University clinic from Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This position will travel to all Christie Clinic locations, as needed, to provide technical support. Duties include trouble-shooting user problems with computer hardware and software for all computer systems and working directly with users to define needs for computer services. Also, training new and existing employees in efficient and effective use of computer systems and applications is required. Duties may also include the maintenance and support of the Christie Clinic Telecommunications Computer Network systems including: servers, phone switch, communications equipment, and phone sets.
