ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to support the continued development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy's Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ. The TSC provides day-to-day operational, administrative, and onboarding support to the ADS team. This role is responsible for maintaining office operations, coordinating onboarding and staffing logistics, supporting leadership processes, and ensuring organizational systems and documentation remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should possess: Intermediate knowledge of Windows Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word Knowledge of ClearCase/ClearQuest or a similar Source Code Management System Working knowledge of JIRA or similar Status Accounting and Tracking Systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Ability to communicate clearly and maintain good working relationships with peers and customers of all technical levels
