Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Previous plumbing background experience either in sales or general plumbing is a plus
  • Basic working knowledge of plumbing practices, terms, and Symmons product requirements
  • Possess previous customer service or call center experience
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Pleasant and friendly phone attitude

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries or requests regarding Symmons products accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot Symmons Products via phone and email while maintaining quality standard and performance metrics.
  • Work as a Technical Liaison between Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Conduct baseline training sessions with Customer Support and Sales Support Team Members.
  • Work with Technical Support Rep II members to learn more about Symmons and Plumbing Knowledge.
  • Assist Customer Support and Sales Support Team Members with any technical questions.
  • Full Customer Support and Sales Support Representative expertise with the expectation of being backup support.
