About The Position

As a Technical Team Lead at Arvato, you will play a key role in supporting the Technical Services Supervisor by coordinating daily shift activities and guiding team members to meet operational goals. This hands‑on leadership position blends technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure production quality, schedule adherence, and efficient workflow. You’ll serve as a working group leader, helping drive both team performance and equipment reliability in a fast‑paced production environment.

Requirements

• Prior leadership skills preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
• Highly motivated and self-starter
• Must be willing to work long and flexible hours and overtime as required
• Must possess the ability to make independent judgments
• Have an exemplary work and attendance record
• Keen sense for detail and full understanding of Quality Assurance measures
• Good working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing & Scheduling transactions
• Must have technical knowledge of duplication equipment, ability to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments including: ISO procedures and control plan knowledge
• Ability to commute daily to: 6200 North Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115
• Work schedule: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm PST; ability to work overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Services Supervisor in establishing work priorities, maintaining schedule integrity, and coordinating activities to ensure production and quality standards meet customer demands and specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Supervisor, such as training personnel, assigning jobs, completing shift reports, and filling voids, including production tasks (operation of machines) and material handling.
• The position is a working group leader role.
