Requirements

  • Some university education in training, education or technical topic
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Oracle-based systems ideal
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical training leadership to develop and implement yearly training calendars focused on standards and product-based learnings.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems activities, including course creation, reporting and customer support.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, vendor management / creation of purchase orders, and meeting coordination.
  • Collaborate with technical training leadership to identify ways to increase efficiencies and productivity by utilization of approved AI tools and processes.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 1% of the base salary.
  • This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
  • We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
