Job Description Job Requirements Qualifications and Skills 1. Education: o Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. 2. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology-driven industry. o Experience working with Agile teams or in software development environments is a plus. 3. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in documentation tools such as Windchill, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Markdown editors, or similar platforms. o Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub). o Basic knowledge of programming languages, APIs, or software development processes is preferred. o Experience with AI-based document enhancement, organization, and training modules will be highly valued. 4. Writing Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. o Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy. 5. Soft Skills: o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. o Strong organizational and time management skills. o Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle shifting priorities. 6. Additional Skills: o Familiarity with UX/UI principles or visual design tools is a bonus. o Knowledge of SEO principles or structured content authoring is a plus. ________________________________________ Work Environment Office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policy.
