As a co-op, you will be mentored by the Test Engineering Department to develop structured technical content that clearly communicates complex technical information.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
• Effective research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Basic project management skills to help prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidate must have a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Author and develop Engineering Test Guidelines while working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Utilize the company’s content creation tools and established style and process guides to ensure content clarity and consistency.
• Create training material (video, photos, graphics, etc.) as needed.
• Create Skill Checks within Crown’s Learning Management System (LMS) as appropriate to support engineering competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
