About The Position

The Technician III, Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems. This role manages projects by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Collaborating with various teams and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies. The Technician III supports continuous improvement efforts, fosters strong working relationships, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility environment aligned with organizational standards and goals. The Facilities Maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring the upkeep and safety of exterior structures and outdoor areas. This team handles preventive maintenance and minor repairs on various elements such as roofing, sidewalks, signage, and outdoor furniture. They coordinate efforts to maintain clean, functional, and safe environments, including snow removal and debris management. Team members collaborate closely to support facility operations, manage projects efficiently, and uphold company standards. Their work contributes to a well-maintained and welcoming space for all users, emphasizing reliability, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Construction experience, concrete repair skills
  • You have equipment operating knowledge i.e. forklift.
  • Skid steer, scissor lift, excavator, boom lift etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge and able to enter, edit and update workorder information into our ticketing system.
  • Able to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Snow removal experience
