Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more
  • Operation of a company vehicle for daily travel between client locations
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Integrity and accountability

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and task management
  • Adaptability to new policies, procedures, and operational changes

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain vending install calendar
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Properly communicate scheduled dates and changes
  • Provide operational support to departmental and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Deliver day-to-day leadership, guidance, and accountability for assigned teams
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication
  • Establish clear expectations for accuracy and timeliness, and hold team members accountable to defined standards
