About The Position

Mobility Technician-Full-time Who We Are: Raleigh General Hospital cares for nearly 13,000 patients each year and treats more than 50,000 patients in its emergency room. We are accredited by the Joint Commission , the nationally recognized accrediting agency for healthcare facilities. Raleigh General Hospital also offers instructional programs for nursing students as well as numerous allied health student extern programs. How you'll contribute The incumbent shall be responsible for providing support in patient care and in carrying out therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist in a team environment consistent with professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible team fashion. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Lifepoint Rehabilitation CORE values. Qualifications and requirements: The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a high school graduate. Experience in working in a health care setting preferred. Experience with outpatient programs/services is preferred. Computer and current technology competence.
