As a Technology Adoption & Enablement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of change, championing employee engagement, technology communications, training, and change management across high-impact initiatives, including enterprise-wide AI programs. Lead efforts to embed enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Dex, McAfee Agent Studio) into core workflows for employees. Develop enablement strategies and training to ensure effective and responsible AI usage. Drive awareness campaigns and measure adoption progress against AOP targets. Support AI adoption for the Engineering Velocity AOP initiative by designing and running a recurring enablement cadence (e.g., trainings/workshops/office hours), continuously capturing and prioritizing forward-looking training needs/feedback, and partnering with Engineering leadership to define, track, and report adoption and success metrics Develop and deliver enablement, training, and best practices for McAfee Agent Studio and other agent-based AI capabilities, helping teams identify high‑leverage use cases and adopt agents responsibly and effectively. Drive scaled AI enablement across prioritized functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, People), tailoring training, use cases, and communications to function‑specific workflows and maturity levels. Assist with pilot and POCs for new enterprise AI capabilities Establish and manage dedicated communication channels (e.g., technology newsletter, DEX messaging, Viva Engage). Build and maintain a technology communications calendar. Coordinate messaging with internal communications and technology teams to drive awareness and engagement. Define KPIs and adoption targets for key platforms and AI tools. Create and execute adoption plans leveraging campaigns, micro-learnings, surveys, and awareness initiatives. Build and sustain AI communities of practice (e.g., champions, power users, office hours, peer showcases) to reinforce learning, share best practices, and accelerate adoption beyond formal training. Create and maintain a centralized, continuously evolving library of AI enablement assets (playbooks, use‑case examples, short‑form learning, demos) aligned to McAfee priorities and employee needs. Design and implement a new employee technology onboarding program, introducing new employees to McAfee’s technology ecosystem. Develop and facilitate regular training sessions focused on new technologies, strategic priorities, and employee feedback. Partner with internal SMEs and SaaS vendors to deliver high-quality sessions. Publicize, record, and maintain an on-demand repository for training resources. Partner on technology-related projects to ensure launches and change activities are managed for a smooth employee experience. Partner with business stakeholders to define and track success metrics, use cases, and value outcomes. Support software rationalization, technology migration, and data retention initiatives through change management, training, and communications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in technology enablement, change management, including employee communications, in a medium-large enterprise environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Experience with digital communications tools (e.g., Viva Engage, Teams, Email, etc) and training delivery, both in person and virtual training.
  • Familiarity with metrics/KPIs for technology adoption and change management.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications in change management, such as Prosci, are a plus.

Responsibilities
