About The Position

The Technology Business Operations Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the CIO organization, with a primary focus on contract coordination, vendor management workflows, and purchasing alignment. This role serves as the liaison between IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure contracts, renewals, and purchasing processes are organized, visible, and executed efficiently. The position blends detailed administrative execution with light operational tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the contract lifecycle for SaaS and technology vendors (routing, approvals, renewals, documentation)
  • Maintain and update contract trackers, dashboards, and documentation (key terms, expiration dates, ownership)
  • Serve as liaison between IT leaders, Sr. Financial Analyst, Procurement, and Legal
  • Support purchasing workflows, including PO coordination, invoice matching, and vendor onboarding
  • Identify and escalate contract or purchasing risks (e.g., upcoming renewals, delays, compliance gaps)
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation across Shared Services
