About The Position

Architectural Vision: Define and champion the long-term architectural vision and roadmap for Digital Reporting Platforms, aligning with the overall TTS technology strategy. Platform Modernization: Lead the successful migration of legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native, microservices-based architecture. Design & Development Oversight: Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-quality reporting, analytics, and search solutions. Technical Excellence: Instill best practices in software development, architectural patterns, and engineering processes across teams, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance. Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and NLP, to enhance platform capabilities and user experience. Build & Grow Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop multiple diverse engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Performance Management: Oversee all aspects of personnel management, including hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and career development. Resource Optimization: Structure teams and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact and align with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with a significant focus on large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • 8-10+ years of senior managerial experience, leading multiple engineering teams and managing budgets.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading major transformations from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based reusable omni channel architectures.
  • Foster continous improvement of software development practices and create an environment of innovation at scale.
  • Strong expertise in technologies such as Angular/React, Java, SpringBoot, No SQL databases, Relational databases, Rest, JSON.
  • Hands-on technical acumen with a problem-solver mindset, capable of diving into technical details to guide teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the financial industry, including competitive products and services, with the ability to align technology strategy with commercial objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing change, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design principles and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master's degree preferred.
