Learn more at https://www.jnj.com Job Function: Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security Job Sub Function: Multi-Family Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America Job Description: We are seeking a Manager, Adobe Services, to support the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise Adobe technologies including Adobe Creative & Document Cloud, Adobe Sign SaaS (GxP), Internal Certificate Authority/S‑MIME, and associated processes and technologies. The Manager will drive day-to-day execution, DevOps delivery, operational excellence, compliance, and cross functional collaboration across the Adobe ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting service reliability, business value, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years supporting SaaS or Adobe related technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Adobe Sign SaaS technologies.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Azure, Entra ID, Windows endpoint/application management.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Bitbucket, PowerShell, PowerApps, Python, and/or AWS Functions.
  • Compliance Knowledge required: Knowledge of compliance frameworks including GxP, HIPAA, SOX, and PIIT2/T3.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL framework knowledge or certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise scale software deployment or identity lifecycle automation.

Responsibilities

  • Support Adobe Service Portfolio Operations
  • Execute day-to-day administration and maintenance of Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Adobe Sign SaaS.
  • Manage user provisioning, license assignments, usage monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain process documentation and keep asset inventories current.
  • Translate Strategy into Executable Work
  • Break down strategic roadmap items into actionable tasks for the engineering/operations teams.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for enhancements and provide data inputs to guide prioritization.
  • Research new features, improvements, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Execute DevOps & Agile Delivery Activities
  • Manage sprint backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint reporting.
  • Support automation workflow/scripts, and operational runbooks.
  • Lead or co-lead standups, demos, or retros for smaller workstreams.
  • Perform Compliance & Governance Tasks
  • Execute required testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), documentation updates, validation steps, and change records.
  • Maintain compliance logs (GxP, SOX, HIPAA) and support evidence gathering during audits.
  • Track NCR/CAPA items and drive closure in collaboration with Quality teams.
  • Coordinate with Business & Technical Stakeholders
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for Procurement, ISRM, Legal, Privacy, Desktop Engineering, Finance, and other partner teams.
  • Prepare analysis and documentation for vendor discussions and provide subject matter input.
  • Communicate operational updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Provide Team Support & Knowledge Leadership
  • Mentor junior analysts/engineers on tools, practices, and processes.
  • Lead knowledge sharing, documentation, and onboarding sessions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational or technical issues.
  • Drive Operational Excellence at the Execution Level
  • Monitor operational KPIs (uptime, performance, ticket SLAs, license utilization).
  • Prepare operational dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Execute various sized projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
