Tech Strategy Analyst - Digital Operations Are you motivated by solving complex problems and eager to start a career with life-long learning opportunities? As an Analyst in our Digital Operations (DO) practice, you will help clients from organizations of all sizes and industries define and deliver high-impact initiatives that drive operational excellence across their IT and business functions. Our DO Consultants work on cross-functional project teams, enabling clients to optimize operations through process, organizational change and technology automation. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop solutions, present recommendations to client management, and develop your ability to manage teams, engagements, and accounts. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities and play various roles in client engagements, including but not limited to: Analyst – Collaborate with stakeholders to define enterprise processes which break down internal silos, enabling automation and enhanced decision making. You will lead clients in successfully absorbing transformation through organizational change management activities such as stakeholder analysis, communication planning and training. Software Engineer – Help clients reach their business objectives through designing and building technical solutions. You will leverage problem solving skills to address complex challenges with creative solutions and best in class technology. Project Manager – Guide Agile project teams to optimize engagement execution while maintaining deadlines, and working through risks, issues, and action items. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative, self-drive and the ability to thrive in environments with ambiguity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date (as of the time of application) on or before May 2026.
  • Have a current offer to join Maryville Consulting in 2026
