Requirements

Strong phone presence and experience making high-volume calls (100+ per day).
Proficiency with basic computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for numismatic coins and their historical significance.
A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the drive to contribute to a supportive work environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop within the company.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to existing RCTV customers who have received their orders, no cold calling involved.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, sharing product knowledge, and offering tailored recommendations.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with a collaborative team in a dynamic office environment.
Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of sales techniques and product offerings.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
