Temp Warehouse Job Coach (2nd Shift)

Were seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA . In this role, you will work directly with a small group of clients, providing hands-on guidance, training, and support in a warehouse production environment. You will help clients develop their skills, encourage independence, and ensure the daily workflow is productive and safe. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
- Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus
Responsibilities
- Performing lumping and unloading tasks as products arrive
- Hand palletizing goods according to warehouse standards
- Assisting clients with production tasks and providing on-the-job training
- Monitoring client productivity and providing support to ensure goals are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Performing basic sanitation duties in work areas
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating updates and progress with supervisors and case managers
- Creating a positive, professional, and supportive environment for clients and team members
