Responsible for providing IT assistance, operational, and administrative support within the IT Client Support Services department. Assists clients with media materials, responds to inquiries, generates reports, and inputs spreadsheet data entry. Processes new media acquisitions including equipment inventory. Responds to classroom AV support requests, and AV and computer installations. Provides event support for both on-campus and off-campus events. May include operating CCTV system, campus InfoChannel, and campus digital signage. Performs routine equipment maintenance. Varies Base Pay: $16.51. Offer amount based on the College's Salary Schedule guidelines. Work Hours: Tuesday 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM Wednesday 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM Thursday 9:15 AM - 3:30 PM Friday 9:15 AM - 3:30 PM Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
