About The Position

White Oak Medical Center Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Therapy Technician/CNA for our Inpatient Rehabilitation hospital in White Oak Medical Center, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Therapy Technician, you will: • Assist therapist in treating patients • Transport patients to and from scheduled activities (teams, therapy, dining) • Ordering patient durable medical equipment for discharge • Inventory of supplies and document • Communicating schedule changes to patients and families • Cleaning of equipment ( wheelchairs, durable medical equipment, mats) • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School education and diploma or equivalent
  • Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Students who are looking to advance to PT/OT/ST/TR are encouraged to apply
