As a Thermal Straightening Specialist, you’ll use heat/cold techniques to bring carbon and stainless steel structures into tight tolerance—so every door lines up, every panel fits, and every coach performs. Is this you? Comfortable reading manufacturing drawings and translating them into exact dimensions and tolerances? Skilled with tools like straightedges, tape measures, and templates to verify accuracy? Experienced—or eager to grow—in heat induction or flame straightening? Known for documenting work clearly and clocking labor hours accurately? Committed to safety and confident using hand tools, power tools, induction machines, and welding equipment? Reliable at meeting quality standards, schedules, and labor targets with minimal oversight?
