Spring 2025 TikTok and Communications Intern The National Partnership for Women & Families is a nonprofit, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization that fights for equity for all women and families. We’re passionate about making changes on big issues such as equal pay for all women, paid leave for working families and access to affordable health care that provides abortion and reproductive care. We advocate on the Hill and for federal, state and local policy. We are seeking a TikTok and Communications Intern to join our energetic communications team to elevate the issues of health care, reproductive rights, and fairness in the workplace. We are looking for a “chronically online” digital native who feels comfortable in front of a camera as well as comfortable interviewing others, and keeps a finger on the pulse of rapidly changing social trends. The internship runs from June to mid-August and operates in a hybrid in-person office environment in Washington, DC. In this role, you will acquire a broad background in communications strategy, hone technology skills, and participate in special projects with program staff. This is a great opportunity for students interested in a career in communications and/or digital media.
