About The Position

As the TikTok Lead, you will own the narrative between our company and the audience—particularly the TikTok community. You will lead the brand strategy on TikTok to build engagement and excitement. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, you’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, driving transparency, alignment, and execution through our users engagement data, analytics and beyond. Your passion for sports, entertainment, or consumer brands, in the context of expression on TikTok’s global platform, is essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in social media management in global sports, entertainment or high-growth startup
  • Demonstrable history of driving meaningful, high-velocity growth on TikTok or comparable social platform(s)
  • Proven ability to translate raw, complex data into actionable, strategic insights
  • Proficiency in analyzing key metrics and optimizing social plans that yield high-discoverability content
  • Experience managing enterprise-level social suites (Sprinklr, Sprout Social), video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut) and AI content tools
  • Expertise in digital hygiene, including MFA protocols, password management and platform-specific security frameworks
  • Superior copywriting and storytelling capabilities through all mediums, with a clear sense of brand voice
  • Comfort and excitement working in high-stakes, live broadcast environments where accuracy, speed and precision are all paramount
  • Cross-functional, cross-continental collaboration with partners of varying levels of experience and duty
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience)

Responsibilities

  • Execute a high-performance TikTok strategy focused on accelerated growth and fandom through innovative, platform-optimized content
  • Obsessively monitor platform for relevant, emerging trends and drive creation of supporting content to grow audience
  • Collaborate and consult across brand, production, executive and athlete teams to deliver compelling, story-rich and educational content
  • Lead live content development and publishing around key brand events and moments
  • Leverage innovation (technology, trends) to optimize and elevate engagement, cultivating both conversation and product conversion
  • Devise and sustain a cycle of content measurement and analytical reporting
  • Manage both daily and long-term content calendars
  • Recommend and deliver consistently fresh, new content types, sources and collaborative executions to drive discoverability for Enhanced on TikTok
  • Overall administration and operational governance of brand-operated TikTok channels
