Come join our journey, and experience what it means to be Done Right with Rhoads. We are currently looking for a Timekeeper to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Timekeeper is responsible for supporting Rhoads’ DOD Business Line in the successful validation of employee time and entry of data. Coordination with various Departments, Supervisors and Leads to ensure time is correct for payroll and billing processes. The position includes a commitment of one Saturday per month for a few hours to support team and operational needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • US Citizenship required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience including data formatting
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to communicate requirements in an industrial environment, and to give effective direction by using written and/or verbal skills where appropriate
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days per week at Philadelphia Navy Yard location
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong Customer Service and Client Communications skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills required for this high volume data entry position
  • Strong math skills required

Responsibilities

  • Daily validation of employee time entry data
  • Maintain employee ‘crew’ lists
  • Coordinate with various Departments, Supervisors, and Leads to ensure hours are correct in preparation for the payroll process
  • Working in Dynamics to perform data corrections and redistribution of time
  • Review of PTO, Call outs, and Zero Hour reports
  • Comparing data from the client’s entry system, ATA, to the Rhoads entry system, Dynamics
  • Performing data corrections and distribute time to assigned projects as needed
  • Coordinating with Supervisors and Leads to problem solve discrepancies
  • Report generation, review, and distribution
  • Research billing discrepancies
  • Backup coverage for teammates as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
