Summer 2026 Title III Summer Enrichment Program Coordinator (1 position) Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Teacher Certification. Successful teaching and/or administrative experience. Ability to plan and supervise the implementation of standards based curriculum in WIDA ELD Standards Statements Relate/communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Qualifications (Preferred): Previous experience leading summer or after school programs preferred. ESL Licensed or SEI Endorsement. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate referral/recruitment process and coordinate registration/scheduling of students including all communications with principals, teachers, and parents. Monitor & coordinate field trips Coordinate implementation of literacy and math instruction during the program. Meet with curriculum directors in reading and math to develop and plan for summer instruction. Maintain student attendance records. Write a program evaluation document. Coordinate staff development meetings including 2 in-service days. Coordinate pre- and post-assessments for students in foundational literacy. Coordinate with Title III administrative assistant to maintain payroll records of teachers. Coordinator must commit to being present for each day of the program. See dates below for more info. Duration: Program Administration and Implementation 160 hours total to include the following: Pre/Post Program Work: 70 hours (February 9 – August 14) Professional In-Service Days June 17 & 18 (5 hours each day) = 10 16 days, Monday-Thursday, from July 6 – July 30 (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) 5 hours each day = 80 Stipend: $40 per hour, $6,400 total Funding Source: Title III Grant Please note: All positions are contingent upon student enrollment for summer programming.
